Bit of a faff taking photo of the pot & the till receipt but I got an email saying my claim will be paid.
No problems on the claims website except it kept rejecting the photos for some reason! x3 attempts

Found my pot- salted caramel in local Co-op

Found these two in a Sainsburys this week.

- Claim between 16th June 2021 and 31st December 2022.
- Claim only valid 14 days after the day of purchase shown on order confirmation or in-store receipt.***
- 1 claim per household.
- Maximum refund per valid claim is £2 - £6 per product type.
- Refund will be transferred to the bank details provided or the card of purchase.
- Allow 14 days for refund to be processed.
- Fill out online form at Love Me or I’m Free – Quinola | The Radically Generous Plant Protein Company
- Upload your receipt and photo of product purchased (maximum photo size 134.22MB).

*** I can't see anything saying this is limited to one product or whether you could buy a promo pack of each of the items in one shopping receipt, thereby making one claim for 5 products..?

Also, it has one of those ambiguous 14 day terms about when the claim is valid so not sure if you have to submit your claim within 14 days of purchase or 14 days after the purchase date and before the last claim date:
"Claim only valid 14 days after the day of purchase shown on order"
If anyone else has time to ask them and clarify would be great!

In an update to my earlier Quinola products post, my friend got this reply from Quinola CEO James Livingstone-Wallace clarifying the T&Cs:

"For the submission it means within 14 days of purchase

If you want to try all three preferable you buy them all in one go, as we only accept one claim per household

You can purchase any Quinola products, and if you do not like them we will refund up to £6."

When you claimed for several of these fragrances, did you get your refund using one receipt for all of them (and one code from Ecover) or did you have to get a new code and make a new claim for each one please?

When you claimed for several of these fragrances, did you get your refund using one receipt for all of them (and one code from Ecover) or did you have to get a new code and make a new claim for each one please?

Not the poster, but I got a separate code and paid for each one separately. All have been approved so far (only managed to find 4 fragrances).

The first 1 I only got 1 and got the code and had 1 receipt.

After the above enquiry, I got 3 different fragrances from Ocado or Waitrose (can't remember which), they were all on the same receipt but I asked for 3 different codes and used the same receipt to claim for all of them. TBH, I didn't think they would cough up but they did which was nice of them.

I think they might be discontinuing them as I have seen tonnes of them on clearance at both Tesco and Asda.

By the way, if anyone uses GreenJinn, they have tonnes of stuff for free from Ocado, you could get most of the £40 order for free!
