Store options appear to be Morrisons, Asda, Lidl and Ocado. Not in my local Morrisons, but got it online at Asda.

Photo of product may mean it has to have the 'Try me Free' circular logo on the packet.

Money refunded to bank account, used a minor bank account as not sure about the security of their form.

Up to £2.89 can be claimed, mine was £1.50.

For anyone looking to buy this one, I think it's worth noting the photo looks like a single muller corner style yoghurt but this is actually a 4 pack (and incidentally both flavours are delicious!)

Also, it has one of those ambiguous 14 day terms about when the claim is valid so not sure if you have to submit your claim within 14 days of purchase or 14 days after the purchase date and before the last claim date:
"Claim only valid 14 days after the day of purchase shown on order" 
If anyone else has time to ask them and clarify would be great!

Last claim date is 31st March 2022 but last purchase date is 6th March.

Here's the summary from my previous post about this though the addition back then from @mimi1234 to double up on your cashback with the freebie on CheckOutSmart doesn't appear to be valid anymore.

The Cheesies are on both Shopmium and Check Out Smart.  Both are giving £1.50 back for the same product.

So you spend £2.00 and get £1.50 back from Shopmium and Check Out Smart = free product and £1.  Shame they have stopped doing them in my local Sainsburys. 

There are 4 different flavours so you might be able to get all 4 even. It's only available in Sainsburys.
