Does anyone know how this would work if I purchased from Ocado and the tub didn't say "try me free" on it.  Would I still be able to claim or not?

No, you wouldn't as the terms state you have to upload a photo of your promotional pot that has the 'Try me free' wording on it. You won't have this pot, unless you can get a friend with a promotional pot to send you a photo of it that you can use ;). Sorry I can't as I could only find the normal pots in store

Tried my luck with Ocado and the pot had the label on, so it's all good :-)

Anyone else having a problem with the claim website?  Keeps saying "this value is not a valid Captcha" when there isn't one!

I had the same problem. Refreshed and retried it repeatedly. I also cleared cookies, cache and history, switched on my WiFi as well as mobile data. I honestly couldn't tell you which of these things ultimately fixed the issue but I've had my refund now so do persevere.

Thanks, I'm glad it wasn't just me and that you got yours through eventually.  I resorted to using OH's tablet and it worked no problem!  Wasted a load of time on it though, ahhh.
