Does anyone know how this would work if I purchased from Ocado and the tub didn't say "try me free" on it. Would I still be able to claim or not?flyer said:0 -
No, you wouldn't as the terms state you have to upload a photo of your promotional pot that has the 'Try me free' wording on it. You won't have this pot, unless you can get a friend with a promotional pot to send you a photo of it that you can usemimi1234 said:

Anyone else having a problem with the claim website? Keeps saying "this value is not a valid Captcha" when there isn't one!flyer said:

I had the same problem. Refreshed and retried it repeatedly. I also cleared cookies, cache and history, switched on my WiFi as well as mobile data. I honestly couldn't tell you which of these things ultimately fixed the issue but I've had my refund now so do persevere.tinateaspoon said:

Thanks, I'm glad it wasn't just me and that you got yours through eventually. I resorted to using OH's tablet and it worked no problem! Wasted a load of time on it though, ahhh.kriss1977 said:
