Mine was approved.  Did you take a photo of your receipt and the bottle?
I did indeed.  Oh well, at least I tried.  They didn't tell me why I couldn't claim my money back though.
Mine was approved too. That's rubbish that they didn't even say why yours was rejected!

I wonder if it's to do with closing dates. The T&Cs are very confusing and I'm guessing they mean that you have to apply within 14 days? It's clear as mud.

I thought you had to wait until at least 14 days after the date on the receipt ?  So you have time to try it properly, or so you have time to forget to claim it more likely. I waited 2 weeks and got it approved ok

That's what I originally thought too, as it makes sense, but the wording is really odd. I claimed before the 14 days were up so goodness knows!

    Terms say :

Claim only valid 14 days after the day of purchase shown on order confirmation or in-store receipt

I think you were lucky if you claimed before the 14 days were up and you got the refund 🙂👍

Somebody else said they didn't wait 14 days so it's not just me  :)

You could interpret that as 'claims are only valid FOR 14 days after purchase', I don't know. Just so inconsistent when Mimi didn't get theirs!

I also claimed within a few days of buying the product, and received the money.  Didn't even notice the thing about waiting 14 days at the time, otherwise I probably would've done that to be certain of getting it!

I've just had a Rubies claim denied with this email:

    Hi xxx,

We’re sorry you didn’t like the ketchup. We’ve had to decline your request for the ketchup refund as your request must be submitted a minimum of 14 days after your purchase. You are welcome to send a new request after the 14 days have passed from the date of purchase. Please refer to the terms & conditions here.

    Best wishes,

    Sujal

The glass bottle on the other hand, not very eco friendly at all.  That is the only thing I can moan about.  The ketchup is absolutely flawless!

OK, so this isn't a TMF so forgive me if I should not be posting it BUT these 4 products are currently £2 each at Sainsburys:  https://www.sainsburys.co.uk/gol-ui/SearchDisplayView?filters[keyword]=bol power pot

Shopmium are giving you £1 cashback for each one you purchase.  GreenJinn are also giving you £1 back for each one you purchase.  This effectively makes all 4 products free. You have to buy from Sainsbury's.

Oh and if you claim 2 cashback offers on Shopmium over the next few days, they are giving you a £2 bonus.
