Thanks for your post. I think I submitted my receipt long after they amended the claim form and I experienced no issues on submission. I'm beginning to wonder if the "lost" claims are those submitted during the Christmas holiday week (25th December to 1st January) and maybe their internal procedure failed to log these claims because the person responsible was on holiday? Still, I would expect someone to notice that the number of claims paid out doesn't match the total number of claims submitted.
They have facebook and twitter accounts here:
https://en-gb.facebook.com/EdamUKCheese/
https://twitter.com/Edam_UK/
Unfortunately, I'm not on social media but anyone else missing their refunds might have more luck contacting them here than via their unresponsive email address. For those who do choose to contact them via these channels, I would be grateful for an update on what they have to say about the overdue refunds. TIA.
No reply from twitter yet.
And of course no replies to emails, as dont think anyone has had a reply to an email to them. :mad:0 -
Sent PM to edam uk on 8th Feb. They have finally woken up and asked me to confirm my name and then said they will look into it once I have confirmed my name. So maybe some hope then :rotfl:

I emailed edampromotion@promotionalhandling.co.uk in December and I got a reply from info@customerserviceedam.co.uk the next day. I don't know if that's any help at all.0 -
Looks like i'll be emailing Edam too. Got my money but it's £2.50 short. Well! :rotfl:0

T&C's state:
To be valid the receipt must show that the product was purchased between 17.10.16 and 31.12.16
The T&Cs don't make sense to me. They state you need to buy from waitrose but I got mine in Sains this week with a promo neck collar that states claim valid within 3 months of purchase.
It was £3.50 and i don't realy like it so i think i'll try and claim anyway.0 -
