hi i don't think you need a promo-pack it's an on-line application:

7. To Claim:

Visit https://www.lovethetaste.co.uk and complete the claim form with your full name, email address and postal address.
Then upload your till receipt showing the purchased item. Then confirm why you dislike the product, in a minimum of 15 words.
Receipts must be dated within the Promotion Period purchase dates, and all of the above requirements must be met in order to make a valid claim (“Valid Claim”).
Once the Valid Claim has been validated you will receive your refund (up to a maximum of £1.50).

Great, Id not fully read it as I seem to remember when it was on before it was promo packs and the t's and c's states "the promotional packs are" so id taken it in the wrong context.

The packaging says the offer is on until 31 October but the above page says it's on until 30 September.

It seems to be working now in Chrome.
