It's such a shame that this thread has become the trials and tribulations of getting refunds rather than actually being able to gain the reimbursement easily.

I have all but given up in TMF...it started to go downhill last year with the birdy eye's fish and chicken problems...but it seems now that for some reason far too many claims go missing.(apparently I've had 3 separate claims to 3 companies that have failed to arrive in the post in the last 6 months alone.....ummm)

I hope something comes along soon thats actually simple to do rather than the chore its become
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend

Has anyone had the expected email back from Eukanuba? I've given up waiting and posted the application.

The emails have now come through and the applications should be sent to Nicola Halford-Clough, same address.

I totally agree with what you say. Also had several 'not received', for example 5 x Whiskas! and problems with Birds Eye, City Kitchen, Anchor, Dove, Listerine (£5 short) and currently Nivea Moisturiser (form won't print) Do you think maybe handling agencies are putting it into their own pockets?!

I used to do most of the TMF's pointed out on this thread and used to come on here religiously, but as you have pointed out, it seems far too much hassle now. Gone are the days when they actually were TMF's. It's like you need to go through a court case for a measly few quid!

If you have a smart phone, check out the following app: CHECKOUTSMART, it's run by the same company who run QUIDCO, and they often have products you try for free. You simply buy from the supermarket the promotion is aimed at, scan the receipt to your phone and then the money gets added to your total. Once you get to £20, you can withdraw free of charge to your bank account. You can withdraw before £20 but it charges a fee. It's a genuine app, I have never had any problems with them and you don't have to go through a court case for each TMF like most of you have pointed out on here.

There are also other shopping Apps - Clicksnap(Quidco,) Topcashback, Shopmium & Shopititize. They offer money off and some are free. There's a thread for the offers. Check the exact product & shops allowed in the offer. Some have websites to send receipts
