I have just read there terms and I am totally confused

They don't make it easy for us, do they?! I don't know why the clause doesn't say 'We'll accept receipt of claims from x date'.

40 days after 31st December is the actual backstop date. You do not have to wait 40 days before claiming. If I buy one tomorrow, there is nothing to stop me claiming Tuesday under clause b, it has not worked as well.
Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.

discodee, how did you get on with P&G. did you manage to get your money from the Venus razor?

Sorry for delay, not been on for a bit.
They gave me an email address to write to, which I did.
They said they had no record of me sending it, ( no surprise there as it was August 2014!!) and there was nothing they could do.
I got back to P&G and said I had been emailing for a year and had been repeatedly told I would receive it soon, only to now be told they had no record. I asked if they could send me some coupons for their products instead and give them their due they said yes. I said the razor was £10 and they sent £15 worth :)

Ariel was on offer in sainsbury's for £4 so I got 4 of them and put £1 towards it, so more than happy with that, but it took some hounding!

My first time was 22 Nov (40 days from 31 Dec) but I think that's not right and I'm going to post it in Jan (40 days from 9 Feb).

    ?? Am I missing something here? :/
What's this about??? Does the compressed have to be sent in a certain time frame?

My Ecover was £2.75. The letter was completely blank which I found a bit strange. The only thing on my list for £2 was BE fish fingers.
  • I contacted them on facebook... After asking about 1 I then asked if they have any others outstanding and they confirmed they had none outstanding
When you say 'outstanding' , do you mean 'still to refund'? I don't do facebook so am a bit confused / or stupid?! So you didn't refer them to specific names and addresses?

I was going to send off my deodorant claim within 40 days of 31 Dec but I think instead I've got to send it off within 40 days of 9 Feb, so next year.
That's bizzare wording. I already send mine off. They had a similar offer last year, had no problem with it.

Came across a just expired TMF that I don't see listed. Keep yer eyes peeled people! http://loveatfirstbite.ie/
