Cheque arrived today; posted claim about a month ago.0 -
Those of you who did the offer on the Spreadable Cheddar, did you send by ordinary 2nd class postage or large envelope? I've just had a couple back (sent ages ago) that were refused because of insufficient postage. If it was insufficient postage, that is fair enough, but I didn't for one minute think that that thin lid would have warranted large envelope status. What did others do please?0

Letter rate is max 0.5cm thickness. So anything thats at all thick might be too large. Post offices usually have a measurer with a slot to check. Using a well selotaped but very thin envelope can help. Also buying a pack of cheap envelopes up to 24cm by 16.5cm - might be in a pound shop - so that items can be posted as flat as possible.

Length: 24cm Width: 16.5cm
Thickness up to and including: 0.5cm

i used ordinary 2nd class. i cut the rim off to make it fit in the envelope better.0 -
Yes, cutting off the rim of the Spreadable Cheddar lid and just sending the flat part allowed it to fit Royal Mail requirements for a letter, whereas including the rim would have made it a 'large letter' and hence higher postage, 74p instead of 54p for 2nd class.0

Franks Red Hot Sauce
I have already sent for and received my TMF on Franks Hot Sauce. I saw a different flavour in Tesco with the neck collar. In the T and C's it states "Only 1 refund per product". Is a different flavour classed as a different product?? Hmm!0 -
