Mine and my mothers were both sent in August 11 days apart and from different places. I don't believe there is anything I can do. But at least five MBG claims lost in post/never received seems too high to be a coincidence to me.0

Oh no! How did you contact them about it? I've got two claims, both outstanding. I contacted them using the contact form on their website months ago. Have had no reply.0 -

I think you were right first time. 40 days from 31st December is 9th February!
