A standard size envelope is absolutely fine. There were concerns to begin with that customers may have been charged upon receipt if a standard envelope was used but that is not the case at all.

Hi Gang, I contacted Mars about the above TMF on Dolmio Bolognese sauce that is currently on the shelves and got the following reply:
Thanks for getting in touch about Best Bolognese or your money back, I’m really sorry for any confusion caused; the promotional jars have found their way onto shelf a few weeks earlier than we were expecting, so we’re working hard to get the claims form onto the website. It should be up and running this weekend, so please check back in a few days and it should be there for you.

Not too sure of when but sure announced that they will half the size of their deodorants apparently still giving the same amount of product but Eco sized. They have offered to give a money back guarantee if you do not like/ do not get the same value out of the Eco sized deodorants.

i too contacted dolmio and was told if i sent reciept and numbers off lid and barcode they would send me some vouchers, emailed them back to say it states money back guarantee and if i dont like it why would i want vouchers for more of the stuff. also took a picture of jar proving my point.
just got an email back from them saying that was their policy and vouchers is all they can offer.
will wait and see if it comes up on website, if we are all asking surely they can do what the label says.

we will watch this space......

Completely agree with your comments. They are bang out of order and need to sort this quickly!

Sorry if I'm being daft (I'm new to TMF) but for the Quorn and Birds Eye Fusions do you have to look for the special packs or is it something done via their websites?

I've been looking in my local supermarkets for both of these but can't find any and I can't find anything on their websites.

Just logged on to their website and the claim form is now there. Just download and fill in with a 15 word reason why you didn't like it. You need to include the original receipt, you don't need anything from the jar itself. Full terms and conditions on the website.
