I'm not sure if this has already been mentioned but just about every ASDA product states:

We'll refund and replace if you are not 100% happy
phone us on: 0845 300 1111
or visit our website: https://www.asda.com

Now 100% happy is quite something. So if you are 99% happy you can get a refund.

i work for tescos last night jars of dolmio came in with a taste guarantee. The best pasta sauce or your money back. It says find details on dolmio.com but they hadnt updated their website when i last checked.

Sorry I have no idea Mimi, but just wanted to say hope you get it sorted.

Phone numbers don't usually start with 00 unless international - that's a bit strange, no?

Very strange indeed. If the worst comes to the worst, I will just contact my credit card company and see if they can claim it back or whatever they do.

May I just add the toothbrush is absolutely carp, nothing new or different compared to my previous one!

Yep, I've seen reviews for the toothbrush and they're not good. Plus if you have to send it back, it's an awful lot of hassle. Still, better check it's on page 1

think it needs to be from waitrose though so probably a promo pack needed unless any one has seen them elsewhere
