I think so I could not see it on the first page and searching bought nothing up. So, I assumed it was new.

It did start on the 01/04/12 though. So some people might have done it already.

I still can't get it sorted online so I've sent all my details to her and have asked that she forward them to the promoter.

With regards the Pom Wonderful, if you now try to input your details it actually says they only want the first 8 characters of your BIc number, so I assume that's enough. Have done it and received the confirmation email, so fingers crossed I get the refund. HTH.
