I'm finding this one tough. Firstly, I find the numbers on the inside of the lid are very hard to read - I've had to shine a torch on them, stand under a light fitting and I still struggled. Then their system doesn't seem to accept a BIC greater than eight numbers. So I've emailed them to ask what to do as I've got BICs greater than eight numbers.
Pom Wonderful haven't got back to me yet about a BIC greater than 8 dights so my advice would be to find out your BIC before buying it and if your BIC is greater than 8 digits hold off buying it for the time being.0 -
I'm having problems with this one now as well. I'm an experienced Coinks user so I know what I'm doing with the site but I can't see how to claim the TMF. It doesn't seem to be working the same way as the Saucy Fish TMF. Each code I enter is only giving me 10 points which is what it says it will in the FAQ but I can't see anything in the FAQ about how to actually claim the wretched TMF refund. Has anyone got any ideas how to do this before I email them?
Edited to say I think I've done it now. It's weird that you spend 10 points to get a 1.69 refund. I think you have to do it through the Hollands site instead of Coinks itself.0 -

I second this advice. My bank account number is 8 digits but the electronic form said it was not recognised. I've also emailed and haven't had a response.
...and I wasn't keen on the juice, so will be cross if I can't claim back my £3.56!0 -

Are you actually entering the BIC? Which is not the number you usually give in this country when you are asked for your account number. The best thing to do is to check your bank statement. A quick check of two of my accounts shows the BIC to be a combination of letters and numbers in both cases. Both were also 8 characters long.0

On my statement the BIC is MIDLGB2187Q - the electronic form will not allow more than 8 characters.
Any advice welcome...0
