    Hi everyone

I had a wee bit of a disaster, in that my daughter accidentally put diesel into LBR (he's unleaded), and I'm waiting for him to be towed to garage and to have fuel line emptied at muchos, muchos, cost:( my daughter is devastated and I've told her not to worry but inside I feel sick at this cost.

It's my fault really, I went to collect her in my jams and on the way home (as running on fumes) I asked her to put £10 into tank - I didn't want to be seen in my jams:o anyway trying to be :money: I asked her to fill with the hose furthest away, and when I next looked up.....yep, she was filling with the hose closest:cool:

Anyway, as we say in Scotland, I am awa tae greet....

  • Bright side Natty - at least you caught the mistake *before* driving off and wrecking your engine...? Which I imagine would have cost a lot more? X

Oh Natty, what a complete pita hun. Thank goodness you noticed before driving away and thank goodness it was only a small amount - can you imagine if she had filled LBR up?

I hope that it doesn't cost too much to get rectified, hugs x
