But wine IS about 99.5% water. So that's all right then :D.

68kg is fine, don't beat yourself up.

Fitness pal app is v good, I used it a a year and a half ago to log exercise and intake and lost a few pounds.....

Sadly, since then, I have done no exercise and have eaten whatever takes my fancy in a semi sensible kind of way.

I'm still the same clothes size but lazy so need to do something about it and get some proper exercise.

Love the mini. Had the original iPad when it came out and much prefer this one, size and weight are perfect for us girlies.
  • Hi NP, as wine is made from grapes, I'm sure it could be counted as one of your five a day :rotfl:

The app does only work when you use it doesn't it. I was hoping for a miracle obviously, surely if you sign up it should just lose the weight for you?

Anyone got one of those apps to recommend?

Unfortunately tilly, this and dark chocolate is good for you (as I wolf down yet another frys chocolate cream) and everything in moderation (as I finish a whole bag of sweet chilli sensations) are now sitting rather nicely as part of my muffin top (why does the word muffin top sound like it's something rather cute??!!!)

Also today's top tip......I had forgotten to buy moisturiser yesterday, so this morning ingeniously mixed 1 part sudocrem with 1 part foundation and my skin is gloriously soft. Although my face does smell like a baby's bottom:D

Have a lovely day everyone X

I was desperate, although in hindsight I could have used my body lotion....had to get LBR to the garage first thing to get his parts fitted and wasn't thinking logically. Probably looked either like a creamy clown or a goth all day. My skin still feels lovely and soft though;)

I was pretty good yesterday re my gob stuffing and didn't eat one biscuit or packet of crisps, opting for an apple instead:A although I did go to bed very early last night to avoid snacking temptations.....
