Good morning NP
Well done on not stuffing your gob yesterday
I'll join you if I may please - I've gained a stone this yearand I wasn't a skinny-minny beforehand. I fell off the healthy eating/regular light exercise wagon in February and didn't get back on...
I now need to lose that weight before I go on holiday in March
MWCMortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000
Mortgage-free: January 2021
Retired: June 2022 (186 months early!)0 -
Good morning MWC - yes please do join in! I think our bodies may be genetically the same, as I too was always super thin, and have gone up two dress sizes (and am possibly 1/2 size away from three). I know it's the worst time of the year to be not stuffing my gob however I think the Christmas feasts would have tipped me to a point of harder return:o
My aim is to loose just over a stone - or drop to a loose size 12. Whatever comes first really:DFebruary13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)
MND - Let's go for 2020 'cos it's got a nice ring to it:D

Personally I don't think someone whose kilos start with a 6 should be allowed to diet. Unless you're 3ft 6"
Right. I'm more concerned about my BMI. Target - 27.13. It will still be overweight but it's a start. At least I'm starting with it the right side of 30.

Good luck np on the health kick
I have to say exercise has been more of a push than me than dieting (having tried on and off totally unsuccesfully - I have no willpower!! :rotfl:) .... but you dont sound like you have too much to worry about! I have felt much more confident in myself even where I havent necessarily "Lost" wt!

I am a similar weight creeper upper. Am reaching the big four-oh in January with more wobble on my backside than I'd like. However, I have gawn and got myself a new job and will be able to walk to work. I have all sorts of fantasies about how much wobble will magically melt away with just this small change to my lifestyle.MFW Challenge 2019 - £2,420 / £2,420 - 100% :T0
