Day 3 of gluten thingy .....
Still 7 slices of evil to go (yep Pavlovs - stale, soft ryvita ... that has been wee'd on to give it more taste) I find if you toast it though and add a jar of marmalade it makes it every so slightly more palatable.
Will not be buying any 'gluten free' moneymakingripoffmerchantssh1te again. So there 'free from' manufacturers :cool:February13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)

If you go to docs and get diagnosed you can get some stuff on prescription... pal is coeliac and I think they have a Scottish society that has lots of info.

Hi SS - yes work's fine thank you:) When do you start university?
I honestly don't think I have coeliac disease - just need to give more consideration to my diet and see if a reduction of gluten benefits me in any way... tbh I'd rather not eat the 'free from' stuff as it tend to be fairly high up in the fat%, so will happily just up the fruit and veg whilst cutting out the wheat and processed muck.February13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)

I think it's quite taxing on your digestive system so we could probably all benefit from a rest from time to time, meringues are gluten free...Mortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Exactly;)
I've not heard from them apart from confirmation, I had 7th Sept in my mind but looked on the website and calendar suggests 16th? Tried phoning but number was not in use and emailing and it bounced back - I'm sure they'll be in touch:rotfl: :rotfl: I have SAAS and student loan sorted so have done the important stuff.Mortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

As long as you have freshers week dates, that's all that really mattersFebruary13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)

Definitely more energy Tilly (despite being in bed early last night - that was more to do with the chilly evening drawing in and my resolve NOT to stick central heating on until 1st October:p)
My tummy is perhaps a tad less bloated - however strikingly so...
I most definitely need to compile a lost of midweek meals that are quick and satisfying as I will no longer be reaching for a biscuit to munch on whilst waiting for tea to cook. Tonight is veggie chilli with rice:)
I have taken in a banana to work every day for snack, however finding lunchtime food a bit more difficult as I would normally have a sandwich.... perhaps fruit/salad then move towards homemade soup during colder months.February13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)
