Yes but Cal, you're forgetting that you're a youngster, whereas I'm an octogenarian. I win I think :D

    I'll have you know I'm 23 this year! :D

Octogenarian? I refuse to believe you are in your 80s, so... huh?

I have a feeling that natty is actually in her 40s, like me, which makes us quadragenarians, if various online dictionaries are to be believed.

22 and you already have a diary on here, that's impressive. I wish I'd been so savvy when I was 22. Ho hum.

Hmmmm - so I guess everything is thrown at the CC and then moving on to bringing the mortgage down Natty?

What happens at the end of your current deal? What rate to you revert to etc?

I wish I'd got started on the whole mortgage thing at 23, well, 24 actually - when I started earning a proper salary. *sigh*

Mine are teeny bopper OPs right now. And I can only thank all of you guys for putting me onto this path and the encouragement, or I would never have known.
Don't be harsh on yourself, everyone is doing brilliantly :)

Yep - in my 40's Although in my head, I'm in my 20's. In the mirror, I'm in my 80's :rotfl:

When I was 20, I turned down the chance of buying a flat (now would have been a prime rental) for only 6K!!!

I do wish my time machine would start working.....
