    Sunny here - I think the weather was to swap from east to west in Scotland so we had it a wee bit cooler during the week but the sun came out mid afternoon. Better for sleeping:D

    The sun came out about noon and since then, it's been another beautiful day. Lots of catch up with my friend in the sunny garden (which was much admired - my weed pulling and grass cutting really is second to none :D) I think I'll just chill out in the garden this evening as it's so lovely ..... I had some bread and my stomach has swollen up brick hard - I've really noticed this of late, although not sore it's just uncomfortable. Does this mean I may have to give up my love of bread????

    Fleabag update;

    #Bed frame sold for much cheapness (no word from buyer though and I've sent him a friendly 'well done' email)

    # Jacket previously listed 6X failed to sell (henceforth will be known as jacket previously listed 7X)

    # 6 bids on wardrobe / 18 watchers / 22 hours to go

    # 3 watchers on mower / 0 bids

    Nada da nada on freebie make-up....

    Do you keep a food diary? My doctor told me to do this and then we would analyse the times it happens and what I had eaten in the 24 hours leading up to it which made me think it may not always be bread. I keep forgetting to keep the diary though so have never got to the bottom of the cause. When my stomach swells it is by at least 3 inches making me look very pregnant which is stupid. Thanks Natty, you may have reminded to start up with the food diary again.

    No I don't AJ, however will start one tomorrow....yes, I look like I'm pregnant !!! Today I've had (so far);

    3 X honey and sunflower toast with marmalade

    1 X slice tiger loaf with butter

    2 X wine glass size sparkling elderflower

    Loads of crisps

    1X tea with milk

    1 X muffin with jam and cream

    This isn't representative of a normal day so will commence with the food diary.

    Thank you so much for the suggestion:T

    I often conveniently forget to fill out a food diary if I have had a bad food day but they are the days I probably should do one.

    I am preparing myself for the absolute horror of how awful my food intake will be (nutritionally that it!!)

    I am such a random eater since kids became independent of meal times and I think keeping the food diary will be a real eye opener...like the programme 'secret eaters' but worse:eek:

    I'm thinking similar myself natty ... Currently having an angry at me day ... Not had one of them for years, so I need to make sure that I learn my lessons right this time ... Maybe writing a food diary and nutritionally writing down what I am consuming may help
