    Well done on making it to the gym natty! Very impressive, especially in this heat!

    I only went to the gym as it was slightly cooler at 8.30am....otherwise no way in this heat!!!!

    I've never done Kettlebells TC, although a work colleague is an instructor ;)

    TYO - the programme is really interesting :)

    Patio is lovely and weed free and outside table and chairs scrubbed and hosed down.

    Think I'll celebrate with al fresco tea - the only downside is I'll have to go shopping for al fresco tea.....or maybe not if I have oven chips, salad and Pom bear crisps :D

    Fleabag update is;

    Bed frame 3 bids (14 watchers)
    Wardrobe 2 bids (18 watchers)
    Mower 0 bids (2 watchers)

    Freebie makeup and jacket previously listed 6X = a big fat zero

    I have decided to cut the front garden grass then have a nanna nap in the sun.

    Making mortgage overpayments is so over rated:D

    Sorry GG.
    I would have slapped his legs for not turning up!

    Not sure Stevie had the right work life balance though. In fact they all seemed extremes, we work 12.5 hour shifts but anything over that breaches the EWTD, as does a return the next day without an 11 hour gap.
    Saying that in my industry virtually everyone works full time and then does extra via agencies or overtime though.
    I can't imagine what it must be like to be unemployed. I had 3 different paper rounds when I was 13 years old, worked all hours in a nursing home when I left school and did agency work as a student as I had a mortgage.

    i do a similar job ( though not the same) to Stevie, my work life is a nightmare, i get phoned virtually every day that i am not working ... more often than not several times per day, i work xmas etc for single time... it is horrendous the conditions that people in my sector get, the pay is terrible, and work hard and we are literally treated like something on the bottom of your shoe by some people...

    It's just not right, people who do these jobs are special people and deseve be paid accordingly. :(
