    I admire you even more El. I agree that people in the care sector are grossly underpaid:(

    Either my corner of Scotland is having a wee reprieve of the sun today....or that's the Scottish summer concluded for 2013 :cool:

    I was rather hoping for sunshine as I wanted to show off my tidy garden (including my immaculately cut lawns) to my best work friend today....I may just make her sit outside under the grey skies though being the good friend I am.

    So today's plans are;

    # lady gym
    # show a viewer around my mum's house (3rd this week....they're like bleeding buses!)
    # sweep and mop kitchen and bathroom floors
    # clean bathroom (unless I insist my friend doesn't get 'to go' which is rather tempting, as I also have to
    #clean kitchen
    and
    # go to dreaded supermarket for nibbles

    One of my fleabag items will be sold by 11.15 this morning, and unless I have a last minute influx of bids, some lucky begg@r will be getting themselves a bargainarooni.

    I have also made the momentous decision to be wine (and fake pimms) free as I really need to start on the Uni work and alcohol is keeping me in holiday mode....one day at a time though folks (luckily my friend is driving as she lives in another town, so no chance of needing to offer anything other than sparking soft drinks/tea/coffee).

    Enjoy your weekend whatever you're up to.

    Same here, my first day off and I had planned a day in the garden or a nice drive and a picnic. It is actually warmer than we normally get but after the last few days it feels cold.
