Vile self centered cowards all of them.

I feel pretty much the same about the L****r party.

There are 3 certainties in life. Death, Taxes and that L****r will F*** up the economy and leave the mess for the Conservatives to clear up and then stand on the sidelines jeering and blaming everything on Maggie Thatcher.

As someone else said, the right thing to do is not always the easiest.

Unfortunately L****r and their populist, short sighted policies have created a generation of people with an overblown sense of entitlement that doesn't match our economic position in the world.

They kills babies and drink their blood. Didn't you know?
  • Really what is it that they have done that is so much worse than Labour?

We're in this position today due to over a decade of Labour mis-management and difficult decisions and harsh actions need to be taken to fix the downright stupidity that Labour displayed continuously. I was so excited when Blair got in back in the late 90s but boy was I in for a surprise.

They've bought millions and millions of votes making the UK the place to be poor (since you get paid to be poor in this country).
    Thinking critically since 1996....

I despise the 2 faced champagne socialists of the Labour party more.

Ohhh, you got in there before me:)

There was a big part of me that was a comedy store going anti Maggie Thatch brigade, but sadly she was a necessary evil. If there was a type of socialism I ever warmed to it was the type Alan Bleasdale tried to get across in his plays.

You look at the so called anti Tory left leaning reds like Derek Hatton or Michael Meacher or even the idiotic Neil Kinnock, all now have their noses in the troff. And worst of all in my eyes was Michael Meacher who preched red politics and all property is theft, who now owns a massive property porfolio with even properties in affluent Wimbledon.

they are not the labour party. a minority of people on either side of the political spectrum "hate" the party which symbolically represents the opposing "wing" of politics. so some people who think they are stand up left wing socialists hate the tories and thatcher (even if they were born after she left office, or can't really remember the 80s) and vice versa.

of course the irony is that there isn't a cigarette paper between labour and the tories these days on any fundamental issue. they both sit in the centre ground and neither actually represents the views of the bile spitting haters who claim affiliation.

this will be exemplified when, as soon as labour next get into power, the first thing they will do is say that they are following tory spending plans for the first 3 years. then they will follow that up by breaking all their manifesto pledges, and acting in their own self interest, a bit like last time.

    I don't despise them.

Just wish we had a government that seemed a little more competent. A more effective opposition would be nice too.

We get the governments and politicians we deserve.
  • I'm pretty indifferent to them myself. I don't see Labour as a great improvement. The talent pool in Labour offer in parliament is so shallow it contains a small amount of algae and a water snail.

    How is Labour different?
