It might be worth asking other dog walkers if they know this poor dog? I know round here I see the same people day in day out when I am walking my puppy. Hopefully someone may know where this horrible lad lives.0
-
I'm asking around already. Seems he has a mate who lives in the next road to me, so I'm going to knock there later today. Not that I expect any co operation of course!0
-
Oh that's has made me so angry. What is wrong with people  The annoying thing is even if you find out who he is, chances are little or nothing will happen to him.We don't stop playing because we grow old; We grow old because we stop playing.0

What a horrible thing to witness, you did well to hold your cool and just shout, in that situation I don't think I'd be able to control my actions!I'm asking around already. When you go just say you've seen a Shar Pei local and pretend you're trying to find the owner as you have one of your own and are interested in breeding. The owner doesn't sound like the brightest so I'm presuming his mate isn't either, you may get a bit more info as to where he lives then.
Good luck and be careful.0 -
I've only just seen this god how awful
The amount of shar pei being bred atm in poor health and of dubious temperaments really does make my blood boil but to hear of how many end up in homes like this upsets me even more
Zaksmum I dread to think what sort of life that poor little girl will have probably as a breeding machine with a staffie...(I happen to love staffies but our local homes are overloaded with mixes)
I so dearly love this breed just wanted to thank you for taking the time to help

They are such lovely dogs and this little one was so young and inoffensive, beautiful little thing and so terrified...and to get such a hefty booting in her chest like that...makes my blood boil.
Just been out with my dogs and O/H but no sign of the scumbag lad. I've been told where he lives now though by a neighbour who reckons he's always hurting the poor dog so back on to the RSPCA tomorrow.
I know they will probably not be able to do anything but at least they might agree to keep my call on file in case any other complaints come in about this lad.
I really hope there's some way the poor little creature can be saved from the life of pain and misery she will undoubtedly have at his hands.:mad:0 -
your call to the RSPCA may trigger a house visit if you have an address but confirm it first!! go round in the car and see if you can see the lad.
then ring RSPCA.
i doubt they will do much and have no powers to force the lad to give them entry.0 -
If the RSPCA do take her in please ask them to contact one of the many breed specific rescues.Shar pei do not do well in kennels and are often judged as aggressive when its in their nature to bond with their family but seem naturally aloof (basically ignore lol) anyone else.
Thanks again for caring enough to try and help :A0 -

The fact she cowered when she saw him is just breaking my heart...what is wrong with these bloody people that treat animals poorly:mad::mad:
Exactly
:(:(
Poor poor girl. Well done you for not sitting back and doing nothing. Hope you find enough info to get the RSPCA involved. Good luck.0 -
Sorry I cannot offer any advice but I just want to wish you good luck. We have 2 rescue dogs, one 16 year old and one about 3 years old and I cannot change trousers in front of the younger one because if I take my belt off she panics and cowers. I wish I could find the previous owner because I would have a quiet word with them in private (and I would show them just how much pain a belt could cause!).0
