18 Months Interest Free with Capital One
Comments
-
My partner has successfully balanced transferred £7,000 from my Egg card to his 18 month 0% offer. The credit limit however is £13,000, so I was wondering if anyone knows if the Capital One offer is valid for subsequent balance transfers and whether they charge for them.
It would be nice to make use of the remaining £6,000 of the credit limit if we could!0 -
CAPITAL ONE ARE JOKERS AVOID!
Filled in an app form early Nov online, called them up to ask what was happening. On the 17th they sent me a form to be signed. Never received it, asked for another to be sent, again nothing received so called them up again - due to system problems they couldn’t process/lost the request, so again they are going to TRY & send me another – IF I get it I may just say sod you, as I won’t need IT.
Now I’m going to have to pay off my LARGE balance. There’s no point in leaving it as it'll out weigh the benefits earned.
Also WHY do they need the signed form back before they can tell you your limit, ANYONE know?
And can I get Capitalone to pay for interest CHARGES?...
Miserable

I have done this, with no charges added. Made my first b/t when i got my card, and then called them to make subsequent one. ( to make full use of credit limit). They told me there was no charge.0 -

is anyone else still waiting to receive their card weeks after applying? I returned my signed application on Oct 31st and still not got my card..the freephone helpline advises there is a delay of 28 days but I'm beginning to fear my application has been lost. Anyone got another number for Capital One?0 -
when i rang up last night to see if my application had been processed they could not find me from post code, even after double checking. After hanging up, I rang again as I wanted to triple check and he said he would check on my name. I then came up, so maybe get them to check on another thing. From sending my app off to BT was 3 weeks.0
