Just been I wally I think !
Purchased what I thought was an aplication form off Ebay for the 18 Months deal and all I have received is the leaflet with the application form not attached !
Before I cry......does anyone know if I can just get a standard application form and send with this leaflet ?
I have just emailed the seller and thanked him.
