What they *say* is absolutely irrelevant unless it is backed by the T&C or their tariff.
Ask them where their T&C or tariff define a 'business' number.
Thousands of companies have business numbers starting with 02 and 03.

They couldnt be clearer that 03 numbers are included in inclusive minutes .
