Hi, does anyone know of a plan which has inclusive 08 numbers? I have to make these calss and cost a bomb. Thanks.

Giffgaff has free 0800 numbers but it is on payg not contract if that is any use to you

0800buster doesn't work from talkmobile contracts, I was charged 30p per minute using it!

Surely you questioned Talkmobile why they charge you, have you not?

They say pretty clearly and unambiguously:

Inclusive minutes on tariffs can be used for calls made in the UK to:

• Standard UK landlines (starting 01, 02 or 03)
