MISS-CLARABELLE wrote: »Thank you for your help. It's much appreciated. Like I say I don't reuse the receipts. I told my OH to other day I thought that'd probs be fraudulent, therefore I wasn't going to go there. Although as I said before I once reused a receipt in error. Only realised afterwards I'd used an old one instead of the new one I'd got. I'd never do it knowingly. Could anything bad come of that? Will they be banging on my door?
If 10 per month is the rule then can you do 10 more in a friends name and use them? Assuming they don't want to do APG themselves? Or could someone else do them in their name and pass them on to you to spend in store? I've also done over 10 in a month because (stupidly) I didn't double check the terms, as soon as I realised I stopped though! I assumed if there was a limit they simply wouldn't let me print more, doh. Will anything happen because of this?
Thanks again, C xxx
Back in July (2011), a Cambridgeshire couple were sentenced to a 12-month community order and ordered to pay £500 in compensation after pleading guilty to obtaining almost £1,100 worth of free groceries from a Tosco store, by fraudulently re-using a voucher.

Just had this when I put in my receipt details:
Sorry Waitrose are cheapest this time. Your comparable grocery shopping is £11.60 cheaper at Waitrose. ASDA are not 10% cheaper than Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and Waitrose. As such you are entitled to a voucher for £11.87.
Tesco Sainsbury's Morrisons Waitrose
Competitor comparable shop £13.46 £8.39 £16.49 £2.62
ASDA comparable shop £14.89 £10.91 £14.89 £14.22
Difference to ASDA -£1.43 -£2.52 +£1.60 -£11.60
10% Cheaper than competitor £12.11 £7.55 £14.84 £2.35
Difference to ASDA
comparable shop -£2.78 -£3.36 -£0.05 -£11.87
We will always issue a voucher for the largest amount, when we are not 10% cheaper than more than one competitor.0 -
hi lots of apg talk tonight! i didnt get to sadas today as i have been in alot of pain. i dont think the oh really understands what it feels like sometimes
i have a hydronphrosis, which is a ballooning of the kidney. lots of pain, feel constantly cold and tired. it makes everything else work twice as hard. cant take much pain relief, paracetomol mainly, which doesnt touch it. short term ibuprofen as the kidney doesnt flush this, and codein gives me the most horrendus headeache. i think oh gets abit bored with me moaning about the pain, so hope no one minds me writing on here.
Hope you are feeling better soon. xx0 -

I`ve tried to use an apg for £29 in 2 seperate sada stores tonight and was refused in both!!!
Both stores told me that they couldn`t take any over £15. In both cases the manager came to see me and I told them head office said they were horouring any exisiting apg but limiting them after today. Head office was closed by this time and although they were very pleasant about it I was told their instructions were to stick to the £15 limit. (I actually got to read the notice to staff over the shoulder of the lady in store 2 and there was no mention of apgs generated earlier than the date of the notice which was yesterday 21st)
At the first store the guy said he didn`t think there would be any problem using it but I would have to go back tomorrow as he would need head office to authorise it.
At the second the lady was willing to take £15 off and get back to me tomorrow to let me know if I could claim the other £14.
I refused to use the apg and said I would take it up again with head office myself!
That seems a very sensible way of going about it. I'm sure HQ will back you up. Might be a good idea for people to only try to use big APGs when HQ are open so that they can get an immediate result.ELITE 5:2
