That is very similar to what happened to me (my results are a page or so back).. Somebody else reported the same glitch with JF stuff but others said it was working properly for them. It all reminds me a bit of when tesco tried to fix the Burchers Choice Ham fiasco several years ago - put the right discount onto the system but forgot to remove the wrong one so both discounts came off and we got the joints for nothing!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

My first John frieda shop was at 11:25am and had 3x deep repair masks. No multibuy on apg!

Second shop at 4:30pm, one deep repair poo, one deep repair cond and 3 day straight- all compared correctly!

    Strange...

    quote please quote correctly
i had 8 mop refil pads( they have hardly ever stocked them) 9 freida cond 3 freida shamp and filler items
voucher was for £80 and yes they did put the rest on giftcard as per t and cs after the phonecall from head office

also second shop was 8 nivea items and 6 diet coke 6 cherry coke

what they were saying is i should only have 3 off each item as they are not a wholesaler so i said fine then put the rest on a giftcard then the manager walked off even thought head office left a message on my answerphone which i tried to show her

i only pushed the vouchers up today knowing they were finishing tommorow
by the way the other area store were fine with my 2 shops in there today

just really annoys me when people exgagerate the truth!

they also wrote no refunds on top of my new receipts im wondering if it you who been returning stuff for refunding and also using the apg

No need to throw your toys or get on high horse at me and pretend i have perhaps bent any rule. I NEVER return anything even when a shop goes belly up.

I said what i saw. You didnt need to respond at all. It might not have even been you althoug sounds like it was. I never even mentioned a second shop!! And i have corrected myself re the mop things, thanks very much.

Henlans gets so much stick for over doing it, but at least hes honest about it
Please don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.
  • Hi guys - hope you are all well.
Could i please ask if the dental glitch has finished ?
I have read back and used search box but nothings showed up for me.
I bought 2 of the colgate max white sonic toothbrushes at £6 each along with the steredent plus and normal fillers.
APG has compared toothbrushes to sains at £3+ each so not sure if ive done something wrong or dental glitch has finished - TIA
  • Sweet dreams :)

    APG's as ever :rotfl::rotfl:
  • There's a lot of questions in there - no need to pm you - answer them publicly so that you know how we all think.

    1. As far as I know it is not illegal to womble receipts - there is an article somewhere where Tesco approve of it. A lot of people donate their finds to charity.

    2. Yes 10 claims per months on the Asda website - thems the rules.

    3. We don't know the new rules regarding the £15 limit - this will become apparent over the next few days.

    4. Never, ever reuse a receipt to generate a second APG - this behaviour has never been approved by any poster here. This is fraudulent.

    HTH;)

Thank you for your help. It's much appreciated. Like I say I don't reuse the receipts. I told my OH to other day I thought that'd probs be fraudulent, therefore I wasn't going to go there. Although as I said before I once reused a receipt in error. Only realised afterwards I'd used an old one instead of the new one I'd got. I'd never do it knowingly. Could anything bad come of that? Will they be banging on my door?

If 10 per month is the rule then can you do 10 more in a friends name and use them? Assuming they don't want to do APG themselves? Or could someone else do them in their name and pass them on to you to spend in store? I've also done over 10 in a month because (stupidly) I didn't double check the terms, as soon as I realised I stopped though! I assumed if there was a limit they simply wouldn't let me print more, doh. Will anything happen because of this?

    Thanks again, C xxx

Most of the time I have people waiting for it. I had a couple of hundred order from a carehome that wanted JF products. each one was £2.50.

I have 200 bags of cat food.. need a pet shop for that.

Henlan, is your wife fed up of having no room in her house to sit down or make a cuppa. Never mind the poor cat who can't get out through his cat flap anymore.:rotfl:

Oh SD how lovely and what a lovely fish too. Must be really good to see them hatch and so small. We took DD on a behind the scenes tour of the London aquarium in the summer it was really interesting. there is so much that they have to do to keep the fish healthy I really never realised.
Great that your ds is in to this, as you say so much better than computer games or TV I bet he was fascinated. :T

He is, now that I've fished the babies out of the main tank the male has rebuilt his bubble nest  I just hope they don't get frisky and lay more, at least until the others are big enough to be rehomed.

We used to get an annual pass for our local aquarium and spend at least 2 days a month down there for him to go and look in their huge tanks. He knows everything about them and other animals, he spends a lot of his free time looking facts up.
His latest passion is badgers, he wanted to sign an online petition against the culling of them I've just to find out if he has to be a certain age because he doesn't want to do anything illegal and maybe ruin the chances of it being put in front of parliament, he's such a good boy and I love him to bits, he's so like his dad :)

I remember the joints of ham, I think they were taking money off the rest of the shopping in the end.
