read earlier that people were taking goods back AND using the apgs
ive always disagreed with this but i wonder if thats what has happened at the store ive brought from has had as theyve written across my receipt of items just brought no refunds allowed

I can 1000% hand on heart never returned anything for a refund during thsi as its too good
i messed up on nivea today £50 hit and tootbrushes yesterday £20 hit and many more to mention

I'm sure they arent allowed to refuse refunds. must be breaking some sort of law.

    Evening guys.

Just got back in from the festival in ironbridge. Lovely family night.

Anyhow, went to a's during break from work and OMG. I had a £14 apg and there was loads of fuss at the till next to me.

Glanced up and OMG again. There was the store manager looking very angry, a supervisor, 3 till operatives and the security guard. Craned my neck a little, well a a lot and OMG. I saw what the fuss was about.

On the conveyor was 10 flash mop things, same number of refils, counted 20 john frieda hair poos, and loads more. OMG. And you think Henlans takes the micky?!

The manager was tellong the guy he couldnt have what was left over in cash. What on earth was the amount of apgs for that little lot in the first place. The guy was aaying he would have it on gift card. Manager get on walkie talkie thingy and over pops more suits. ( me and till lady stood sharing my mentoes whilst ear wigging). Cant have gift card. Yes i can says man, its in terms and conditions. Off trots a suit and stands away from till whilst more suits gather and all reads a terms and condition print out. Guy walks over and points it out to them. Lady suit tells him to go back to his till!!! Lots of cafuffaling, i ran out of mints and someone had nerve to get in my queue so had to move along.

No probs with my £14 though, sv was called, she just popped her neck around from next till and laughed at my meager apg. I asked it was was too high ( tongue in cheek). She said, thats nothing love.

OMG i just could not believe it.

    quote please quote correctly
i had 8 mop refil pads( they have hardly ever stocked them) 9 freida cond 3 freida shamp and filler items
voucher was for £80 and yes they did put the rest on giftcard as per t and cs after the phonecall from head office

also second shop was 8 nivea items and 6 diet coke 6 cherry coke

what they were saying is i should only have 3 off each item as they are not a wholesaler so i said fine then put the rest on a giftcard then the manager walked off even thought head office left a message on my answerphone which i tried to show her

i only pushed the vouchers up today knowing they were finishing tommorow
by the way the other area store were fine with my 2 shops in there today

just really annoys me when people exgagerate the truth!

they also wrote no refunds on top of my new receipts im wondering if it you who been returning stuff for refunding and also using the apg

That link takes you to MrT price - I thought Nivea is against MrS

It doesnt show up on msm for me at asda. i get 12 nivea q10 products and thats not one of them..

guess it might be to do with location.

Tonight, I went to a store and it was the only one open in my area. The rest closed at 9pm so I did 18 shops with a mate in 90 minutes. Plus met a few others doing it.

I hope the cap starts monday.. :)
