Tweedy Grat would. Although I say well done to the original poster and a touch of jealousy from the poster who put Tweedy Gnat!!
I fail to see why anyone would be jealous? :eek:We're all capable of doing the same. But choose not to be soooo greedy.
Seriously I don't understand why people feel the need to go waaaay overboard. :eek:0 -
You are very welcome Fairclaire, that is what this thread is about, there for each other. Take care. x
Night everyone - have just realised that I still have the kids channel on from when DD went to bed several hours ago and i did not even notice. :rotfl:
Tomorrow is another day and another chance to make it a good one. Lets hope it is.0 -
Just a thought, and this could have already been tested but...I've done a little research on msm and it appears that the items are grouped by offer end by dates, now it could just be a coincidence, but it would explain why different items trigger different deals, also wondering if all items on offer with the same end date would glitch on the apg, if that was the case the world (ok Sada) would be our oyster! If got some small £5-£10 apg's so might give it a test run tomorrow(if it has not been fixed) but I would appreciate a few trigger items and depts they work inIt's the thought that counts.......I think a lot!0

Personally Rhett, I need the motivation of knowing I'm actually getting on those scales every week and the support of my consultant and group members is key for me. I am 1lb short of a 4.5stone loss at the minute and I can say with my hand on my heart that this is an amazing eating plan (not a diet). Shyness is understandable, whether you're male or female. My advice would be to take the plunge and go to a local group, sit in on the new member talk and then decide if its for you. You are under no obligation to join. If you have several groups within your reach and dont feel comfortable at the first, try another but in my experience the consultants are welcoming, understanding and supportive as they have been where you are. Feel free to pm me with any questions and good luck whatever your decision xx
Well done Sharon that's amazing :T your an inspiration :T and what great advice0 -
I see you have not addressed any of the points I made, just used bullying/belittling tactics as usual. I do not have to have stars against my name to, politely, share any views or opinions I may have. The double standards in this thread are quite frankly staggering, posts of grabbing tons of 1p items but you feel able to name helenas as greedy. Yes he may be an excesive user and while it may not be for me or indeed you, who are we to judge?? Who decides where that line is? Im afraid for me the first time you went into Asda and bought goods to knowingly get an APG any moral high ground was lost. I genuinely hope "your" thread gets back to the way it was for you all, as judging by the rather extreme responses it is a lifeline for some on here. Unfortunately at the minute I fear that as lovely as your pictures are ( and I genuinely mean that) most people would rather see helenas updated lists!
The thing with 1p items is, once one person has gone through the till and alerted an SA to the fact the seasonal items are now 1p, the SA invariably passes word to an SV who may choose to clear said stock thus preventing anyone else from taking advantage in that store. That's why I try to buy as much as possible in one go
I freely admit to posting pics of "tons of 1p items".....before the majority of it gets taken to my work and divvied up amongst my colleagues. Everyone is my office has a choccie drawer in their desk and now that drawer has cans of coke and bags of Walkers crisps in it too.
The point of those photos though is to highlight to people on here exactly which Easter/Valentines/etc products are going through at 1p. My photos are much like Henlans wonderful list with one difference...you could take them at face value. I mean seriously, if his list is so great then why do we get so many "can i buy?", "what do I need?" posts?
I hardly think my buying "tons of 1p items" is a form of greed as I give more away than you could imagine (which you may or may not believe, afterall, I could be melting it all down and bathing in it for all you know!). If I did think someobody was being greedy with what they bought (or claimed to buy) I would say so without worrying that I was displaying any double standards. In my opinion anyway, you can disagree if you wish because believe it or not we are allowed to disagree!
I had to laugh at the moral high ground part of your post. And before you take offence let me clarify that I am not implying anything about you here as i have no idea to what extent you have done (if at all) any of the glitches, deals, activities mentioned on here and I have no inclination to search back. I laughed because I am a womble and I've been told before that as a womble i really can't criticise anyone about anything. It's the old "let he who is without sin cast the first 'poo" argument that we will never be rid of. Or the classic "you are from whiter than white (so shut up)" statement. They often get rolled out when people are faced with an opinion different from their own and I fear that is always going to be the case
I have most likely wasted my time writing this post because my opinion probably doesn't matter to you either, but I wanted to put my viewpoint across all the sameApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

I'm having a bad SW day. Had a migrane, which resulted in eating lots of ginger biscuits to help me stop feeling sick. Normally I wouldn't mind, but I have a v. important WI on Tuesday
Just saw you mention the actifry, and I wondered what you thought of it? I'm tempted to treat myself to one.
Sorry you had a bad day. Hope the migraines left you now. I wouldn't worry to much about your WI we all take a step back now n then.
I also thought about getting the actifry at one point. But there's 5 adults here and would take a few frys to cook for my lot :eek:0
