  • Sorry Ionafan, I don't know how to post photos either - the last time I tried, it went wrong and I kind of lost the will to learn from scratch again. I have visions of your castle in the air, so I'll be content with that.

I managed to deal with three frogs last week, but the house needs a good going over because it's been over a fortnight since I vacuummed, so that's going to be today's job. The kitchen will do for now, although I will do the floor while I'm zipping about with the machine.

Just out of interest, do most people dust first and the vacuum, or vacuum first and then dust?
    Better is good enough.
  • I dust first and then vacuum Honey Bear because I end up wiping things in the direction of the floor!

Honey Bear wanted to see a photo of the model castle that I have built, but - technophobe that I am - at the moment I can't insert the photo in this reply to the thread. I don't have a smartphone, and the image is in a normal pictures folder on my PC so it doesn't have a URL. Do I need to find a website where I can upload the photo for free? If so, please could someone point me in the right direction? :o
Yes, you'll need an account (free) with a site like Photobucket (that's the one I use, but there are loads of them); you upload the photos you want to share to that, then post a link in your post on here.

    HTH.:o

ETA Mr LW has redeemed himself - he washed a top of mine that has to be done by hand in cold water, got the 3 pairs of jeans out of the WM and hung them outside (saves me struggling with them), and has basically been grovelling nicely.:D

He is a little love, isn't he? Poor little lad, he's the one with diabetes, and he has to have an insulin injection twice daily, and a very restricted diet. He's also very elderly now.

I'm not feeling at all well today, so Mr LW is catching up with his taped TV programmes while I take my time doing my email, household accounts and other stuff on the netbook.

He's on leave this week, so we'll only be doing Level One style flying; hopefully I'll feel a bit better tomorrow so that we can go out somewhere!
