Morning all. Have had a terrible night with littley dog. I think she's got an ikky tummy and although dogs are not supposed to complain she has been crying ALL night. I really feel now for those of you with young children who keep you up regularly.
Anyway, yesterday I only managed to wipe skirting boards and bannisters and emptied all the bins so a bit of catching up to do now. Will see how much of the bathroom stuff I can fit in before the paid stuff today.
Ok, time to get moving. Have a good day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
Urgh. A sketchy night last night. DS woke at 10, crying, but he didn't know why. We had a cuddle which made him cry louder and wake his sister.
So we all got into my bed, was too cold to be pacing between rooms. Cue cuddle en-masse, and both asleep and deposited back in their own beds.
DS then came back in about 2, and DD about 4.30. Alarm at 6.
Phew!
Started work at 7.15, granny taking tots to nursery. Thank goodness it's Wednesday! I'll only be working till about 2 or 3 today since I clocked some hours up Mon/Tue so will attack the bathrooms later this aft.
Other granny coming tonight as I am going out for tea!!! Get me, just palming my kids off on all and sundry today, lol.
Better crack on...Bossymoo

Hello everyone. Looks like some people are having difficult times - hugs all round. I fell off the wagon last week, and I am a bit behind this week, but I am trying to play catch up and trying to do all of the levels.
I am in between jobs at the moment (waiting on a start date for my new job following CRB clearance), and as I have no kids, just me and OH and a cat, I should really be able to do lots and lots of flying and eat lots of frogs. This is my first week of being at home - and I am just not motivated to do anything at all! I don't know what is wrong with me, I am bored and tired with tons to do! No idea why I am being so lazy. I think I'm better with a routine of going to work. But today I am going to do some work on the computer this morning, then some flying and a walk to the shops this afternoon.

My 12y/o is getting a cheap mobile. She wanted one for years and has just gone up to high school so can now have one.
My 10 y/o is still mad about Hello Kitty. I usually get a new dressing gown and slippers, a stack of books, a pack of pencils etc (though I am not this year!) I have her a HK MP3 player this year and Tiddles (8y/o) has a Moshi Monsters one.
I do clothes and smellies when they are bigger. Though I do get them a little set from Lush. Last year I got DD1 and DD2 5 large bottles of the snow fairy shower stuff.. it is only out at christmas and they love it so they got a huge supply.
I am actually struggling a bit with the 8 and 10 y/o's this year.
As for parties.. mine liked bowling and swimming and 1 had a limo take a group of them for a drive and then they went swimming... they loved that. I think pamper parties are for early teens tbh.Decided to take a leaf out of Bossy's book and instead of flying have got a chicken casserole going in the SC. Time to get dressed and get walking.

Squeaks eczema is awful today.. I don't know what else we can put on it.. she also has a nasty rash which looks like about 50 insect bites but through 2 lots of pj's and a vest it seems unlikely. Trip to docs with the eczema I think.. her armpits and ears look like they are rotting off!! and she has a large red patch on her faceLB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0

pigpen try this
It worked on DS when he was younger, he suffered really badly for years. Though i have to say hydr*c*rtisone cream was the only thing that got rid properly I remember GP saying don't put on his face but I did as otherwise he have weeping bleeding sores all the time!!
Hope Squeak recovers soon xx*If you have nothing nice to say... say nothing*"Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that." Martin Luther King Jr0
