Good luck. Not sure if they told you but make sure you 'protect your delicate skin' before taking the stuff with something like sudocream.

Second this! I used to work in a hospital and when patients had bowelprep done, you definitely made sure they were constantly in the vicinity of a toilet! Best of luck with the whole thing. Can you not have clear fluids rather than completely fasting? If so you can have broth if you need something to eat. Just make sure it has no bits in it.

5th load of washing on line, sixth load on airer, 7th load in process.

Ah yes, Macpep1, that part of the prep for Friday's procedure. Good advice on the bathroom information - I'd forgotten how effective that medication was .... I second others' concern about total fasting - I was allowed any amount of consome and downloaded and decluttered a lot of lemon and lime jelly for 48 hours prior, and didn't feel hungry at all. That slight lightheadedness you get with that kind of fasting, copious amounts of black coffee, and the generous slug of sedative they give you ... the whole things was almost a pleasure. :rotfl:

I'm up for another HHC this afternoon DanceMum but I need some lunch first.

Thank you, will put some in tonight, also said to use wipes or a bottle with spray in, not toilet toll

Yes clear liquids, I drink Green Tea, never thought about lemon & lime jelly, couldn't think of a clear soup, only chicken noodle without the chicken or noodels is just chicken stock, must google a consomme recipe. I just thought because I am not eating proper food I would be wilting :rotfl:
