Hi y'all,
Just so ya know, as a result of this thread i got a response from Vodafone... not only did they give me a response about the crazy lady who rang me - basically that the person didn't log the call with me so there's no way to trace her, but they have now been made aware of the situation (I don't care that much about myself - I'm more worried about more delicate people
).
they also changed my contract back to the originally agreed 12 month one (they did have a copy of the contract after all! it just needed a clever chap to dig it out!).
not only this but they also manged to help me on something which i asked about in early march but never got a reply on - which I'd totally forgotten about!
So anyway, I'm well happy with this - ta vodafone
