Whilst it's true that people should take various precautions before ordering from sites a lot of people are unaware of this and so any warnings of scam sites are useful.

Plus, it saves a few clicks for those who are aware of the precautions and happens upon the site. I sometimes waste time checking the product details and then discover the site does not seem trustworthy.

Please contact Crimestoppers Now - I have and the more of us that do will enable them to close this site down. I have given them my email trails etc to show how pathetic this company is. If we all contact 0800555111 and do the same the sooner sites liek this go. I have ben in touch with CBS who made the programme 'The Mentalist' which is the DVD box set i bought for my girlfriend and it had the banners pop up during the programme stating what programme was on next. They then had the audacity to ay to me they were not fakes!!!!

My reference number is ************(removed as not allowed) so please please lets close down rubbish sites like this and stop illegal piracy!

Sadly I was stupid enough to go through an actual transaction an waiting on my order and putting things together to come and finally do some research on the so called 'company'. This is when I found this forum, I really don't know what to do, I as of yet haven't received my order. Should I try for a 'refund' and if that fails report it or just report it straight away, I mean its 65 quid down the drain, not much to some ppl but to me it's a lot! Please help!

I placed an order with this website (before seeing this post) and my bank account was then hacked into and 2 fraudulent transactions placed.

Luckily for me Barclays are hot on that sort of thing and declined the transactions and contacted me.

I am sure that it has something to do with this website as they have not collected the payment for the DVD's

I'm usually cautious when using websites but I was at work looking for a DVD in my lunch break and think I was rushing.

I would keep away from this site. I'd be very surprised if the DVD turns up in the post this week as the above just seems too coincidental

I have been causing Betty no end of problems!!! I have their shipping address - I am threatening her with legal proceedings. I even found a local lawyer to her shippign address and forwarded that to her to add weight to my threats!

Her last email to me called me a liar as she thought i was returning the only proof i have that she sells illegal dvd's!

That's not very fair in the Chinese. I'm sure once you have notified thier ambassador in the UK they will give this the utmost priority!

Help - stupidly I placed an order with this company before I saw this thread. My payment was not accepted as I used a Visa debit card rather than the credit card the asked for. Should I be worried that they may have my bank details??? and what is the next step I should take to stop them taking anything from my bank account????? HELP

Yes, wholesaledvdsales co uk are a bunch of pirates selling pirated dvds! I found out the hardway unfortunately when I bought the boxset of desperate house wife. Got everything from dvd's in chinese, one dvd was even a full hour of chinese karaoke and the last 3 or 4 seasons were ripped from CTV!!!
