Either by his first name if I'm talking to people who know who he is, or usually 'partner' if I'm talking about him at work to people who don't.
I'll sometimes call him 'boyfriend' but not very often.
In our town there are all sorts of slang names for women/girlfriends (I won't say what they are; they're not offensive but it'll be obvious where I'm from), so I usually get called that by him if he's talking to his friends about me.0 -
I normally call her my girlfriend. We're pretty serious (been together nearly 6 years, live together) but I don't like the term 'partner' and we're not married yet.0
