Help - Cant Cancel Contract

I am an Orange customer and my contract has come to an end. I'm not happy with the network and want to leave but I cant get through to cancel the contract. Ever since the iPhone5 announcement the website has not been working and the phone lines are completely jammed. Does anyone know how I can get through to them short of…

I have had the same problem last week since my contract was nearing its end, but I could not get through to anyone until I intentionally punched the wrong options on the system to get me through to customer services and asked them to transfer me. Job done, and I've received my PAC code.
