Help - Cant Cancel Contract

I am an Orange customer and my contract has come to an end. I'm not happy with the network and want to leave but I cant get through to cancel the contract. Ever since the iPhone5 announcement the website has not been working and the phone lines are completely jammed.

Does anyone know how I can get through to them short of writing them a letter?

You may as well write (recorded delivery) as the longer you leave it the more it will cost you!

Agree with Quentin ...then theres no arguments later

You could email and then follow up snail mail

    How daft is that :rotfl:

Well would still send an email customer.services@orange.co.uk and then follow by a letter

  • I've managed to get through to upgrades twice today to sort out issues. You should be able to get through, but it will just take some patience.
  • Write a letter, it will take all of 1 minute and with the record delivery will cost less than £1. Not the toughest gig really.

1 minute ? its Orange not a infomercial operator on the other end taking a sale.
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)
  • I dont think call answering times affect the speed of writing a letter much.....

Email executive.office@everythingeverywhere.com telling them normal Orange email customer services have been apparently been closed down as notified on the Orange website so you have emailed them to help where customer services couldnt/wouldnt.
