buyer wants to cancel bid

Hi, could anyone advise me on this? I have a buyer who dosent want the item they won as i don't want them to collect. I never offered the option of collection and the postage was a fair price. They are now saying the only reason they bid was that they wanted to collect. I have never had this before and am unsure what to do.
Many thanks

I'd just do it. its not as if they have been nice to you.
You have to wait 7 days though. Defo don't do a mutual. sit it out until it is indicated you will get your fees back - 7 days at worst if buyer doesnt respond - then close it down.
if the buyer doesnt respond, you get to leave feedback without fear of retaliation, as invariably even when buyers don't pay they feel 'miffed' that you neg them and retaliate with feedback something like 'Tried to scam me - avoid'0 -
Yeah I would send them an email advising them that you have to start the NPB process in order to get your FVF back.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Hi, I have started the NPB process and the buyer is saying she will pay my fees if I close the dispute using the 'agree not to complete option' What shall I do? I have never had this before. How can I be sure she will pay my fees?

Send her an invoice for the fees and wait until she pays - then cancel the dispute0
