All in all looks like a decent result, I wasn't expecting anything this month.

My July pay statement has been updated to include the ticket costs now.... just need to wait til I get home to see if it is correct.0 -

Spoke to ESA earlier, upon receiving a pay statement with few or none of the reimbursements included. Made it clear that I was expecting full reimbursement within the mid-August payroll, or charges would be imposed. Had a call back minutes later telling me a 'special payroll' would be run - not on the 10th, but close to it - reimbursing all.
As I said before: it is more than reasonable to expect this cash in the next payroll. Especially as a good few of the jobs came after I received a call telling me it would be.
Just as well, as I am owed in excess of £1100 for tickets. And that's a fair bit of interest I'd be passing on to them.0 -
Can someone tell me the email address for ESA please.
They have included some of the train ticket payment and reimbursements on my July pay statement but not reimbursement for sending the tickets back by special delivery as requested.0 -

In response to a series of images exported from the client's appointed broadband speed measuring app: "Please send larger images."
My reply: "This is the size they come. To make them bigger, click 'zoom'."0
