Thanks Furnival, I've just written to the company to find out if they are compatible with Mac laptops as there is only mention of them working with PCs.

Ha!! I think I would forget to turn them on too, I get so nervous before some shops.

Thats true. It's also quite an eye opener when you hear what comments you make to yourself after a particularly bad experience -'nuff said! :silenced:

Watch out all MF now want a photograph of your receipt, scans are getting knocked back even with the job number written on them.

This jumping through hoops for the pittance they are paying is getting very tedious.
