For the first time since I started MSing, I don't have any jobs to do
I can usually rely on MF but, where I live, they've dried up completely.

GFK are verging into Mfers territory with low fees for their two wheeled assignments taking off the required purchase, the amount of info required and likely length of interaction!
I don't bother with GFK anymore. I did a phone call for them recently where the pay was pants but the report went on and on and on and on and on. I won't be doing any of those again!
It is a shame because I loved doing GFK visits. And now that they don't have the phone shops, no more booty calls for the lovely Meena! Boohoo.
Thanks to all the replies re: postage. Check with REACT before you pick up a running shop as they only give £5 (this is not a fee, just what they give for posting the item back, so don't be hollering at me!) towards posting the purchase back which might mean the shopper will have to fork out another £5.50!0 -
Can anyone recommend a MS company that does retail assignments?
I've been with MF for a month (as a johnnyG said it's dried up) but they mainly have gambling and restaurants. I would like a company that does clothing/groceries/anything retail really. Which companies would you recommend?
Thanks0 -
For once im glad to have poor eyesight meaning I wear contact lenses. Tern bonuses for 10 days are going to keep my income up when i thought it was a quiet spell of decent jobs this month.
That and a quite few last minute other premium jobs means im actually snowed under at the moment, hows everyone elses month been ? busier or quieter than usual ?0 -

I've had stuff to do, timewise I've probably been as busy as in past months, but I've not done as much money. If I'd not botherred this month, I don't think it'd have been any great loss.
I've definately written a fuller "don't bother doing that again" list.Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
Get jobs in offices and wake up for the morning commute?0 -

More or less dead for me this month. I've started doing a "blaster" day each month where I do 10 to 15 visits and that's more or less it. RE is dead, GFK is non existent and that's about it.
All the TERN contact lenses get snapped up in no time in my area. Shame as I would not mind doing them if the premium was quite big.0 -

Im doing a few around the place out of normal area, so a bit of travel but think double fee +(3 x10) for each one except 1 which is just double. didnt mind
make the MF eye tests fee shrink in shame though. They were desperate to get many covered though, but were pretty spread about the uk
Was a quiet start for the month for me which I wasnt too bothered about to be honest as I needed the break but then I had a load all on at once then quiet again and now a load all landing in at the same time again , is the way this industry rolls though I guess.0 -

The list doesn't say what kind of jobs each company offers. I dont want to know specific clients companies. I just want to know which mystery shopping company specialises/offers retail instead of gambling.
I've also joined GfK and Gapbusters but they dont either. I dont want to end up joining every one on the list so I wanted to narrow it down based on people's experience of the kind of jobs they get.0 -

I did one of their phone call jobs yesterday, 5 mins on the phone, then about 45 mins completing their questionnaire. Same as you, won't be doing them again.0
