What do you mean- your pay is being docked for the quick supermarkets? I've just done a few of these, am I not going to get my expenses being reimbursed? Or are you referring to the fact that the pay is less than previously?

Yeah, I've had my expnses docked. I only got paid the fee for the one I did last month. I've enterred my expenses as £3.00 for each one, but when they turn to "Received", the expenses change to £0.00.
Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
Get jobs in offices and wake up for the morning commute?

    Yay!!

Just a quick query. Although the work was done in February, it was paid in April. Does it count to 2012-2013 tax year for self assessment or do I add it to next years?

    Thanks

You can either account for the work when it is done or when the payment is received but you need to be consistent. I account for it when the payment is received, although my spreadsheet shows when I did the work and when it was paid. I feel that until payment is received you can't rely on it and also in the case of somewhere like Bare who pay in Euros until it is paid you don't know exactly how much it will be.

That happened to me but before payment so I got in touch with them and it was amended.

Sounds like a bit of a chancers trick on their part there. Can see me sacking them if they play games like that.

They seem to do that a lot but they do end up making adjustments to add it back in again. I don't know why they have these issues, no one else who uses Sassie seems to have them.

I have one showing overdue for retail maxim the new site where you select jobs But I submitted last Wednesday. I find it confusing the way they make you use two sites
    Anyone else got this

Aye, happened to me a few times, more often than not they have seen it before I did, you'll see adjustments made so it comes through next month.

Yes, I have a few too, ignore them they haven't figured out how to remove them yet. It hasn't stopped me taking my full quota for the last two months.

Aye but your books can still be adjusted if amounts change, like the Bare payments, I'd say my books aren't complete until around the end of May when all payments are in.

As has been said, consistency is the best bet, I choose to account for the job when I do it and keep a check on my spreadsheet of what is owed.

I agree that consistency is what you need :)

Haven't been keeping totally up to date with my payments received column - think when the tax year ends I will do a bit of updating and find out how this year has been compared with 2011-12...
