Quite strange because RM actually lost the client for a few months when they shifted to ESA but then they went back to RM.

I was sorting out my purchases in my room today and I have enough pills to open up my own chemist thanks to RA and the GR slappers. :eek::eek:

Once for giving a store a poor toilet score and was accused of not even visiting. Which I did. Banned from store only. Then secondly that my timings didn't match with the stores. And thirdly was accused of being with a group of friends, I wasn't just happened to walk in with a group of people. I didn't even sit near them either. Crazy bonuses for managers have ruined the program.

Makes you wonder why they bother paying for Mystery Shoppers when they clearly don't take it seriously! I'm half scared of even trying a fastfood one.

Can someone direct me to the FF website? I don't think I'm signed up with them, whoever they are.

AA paid up remarkably promptly when I complained the manager! Never shopping with them EVER again.

Might as well walk in, pick a receipt up off the floor, go home and write a good report. Everyone's happy then
