Hi all, am pretty new to MSing and would like some advice please.
I recently purchased a top as part of my MS visit and will be getting reimbursed for it by the MS company. I have now decided that the top is not very flattering and would like to take it back for a refund. Will the MS company allow me to do this, given that they have paid me the cost of the item?0 -
It depends. If you have a check on the brief, it may say whether or not you can return the item - some companies don't mind, whilst others say that you cannot do so. You could always put it onto a well known auction site instead, if it's really not suitable.

yup you can register online or by phone, which ever youre more comfortable with.
Details are here :
You may find there are free local seminars that they run too, that will explain things for you on record keeping, best practice etc
many people find them very useful so if you do phone, ask about them, though they often send leaflets out about them too
Thanks!
I phoned them up, and they were super helpful! Registered as self employed in 6 minutesThey've now passed my details to the tax office, and he offered to send me details of courses to help with doing a tax return, which I jumped at the chance at!
Now to find some more well paid visits... :P0 -

You are offering to pay more money, of course they were helpful
If you get a chance to go to any of the new setup seminars go for it, they are well worth the couple of hours.0 -
