I have it as well for the 'Cold Place' shops !, I emailed them any said it was normal, and they are just checking the data, they said if it gets queried then they will contact me.

Never had it before though.

Technically you are supposed to keep a diary of all of your journeys and claim a percentage of the whole season ticket based on how many are self employed based as opposed to the normal commuting/pleasure journeys. i.e you could claim 50% of the entire ticket price if the total number of trips made for mystery shopping equal 50% of the journeys made in a month. You would adjust the percentage to suit your own circumstances.

I've not because travel for MS is costing me no extra at the moment. If I move, it will be doing , so I feel that I can justify the change. (I hope?!)
