Aren't limits usually a client stipulation rather than the agency?

I couldn't select that many phone jobs as I'm away and only getting back in the afternoon that day. I noticed there seems to be a common theme of phone shop to the ones that are left ie they would probably last a little longer than the others I think.

I don't think that's the case with this client, I used to do 35 shops every 2 weeks for them this time last year.

Did everyone who can see them complete the client calls before Christmas because I'm finding people who didn't complete before Christmas can't see them at all.

Are we talking about the same phone jobs? These are GFK ones - I haven't done any client calls for them at all but could see the new phone jobs. Have done calls for TNS but haven't seen any phone jobs for them.

Yep GFK ones and I guess I'm wrong lol. I have done the TNS ones as and not seen anymore either.

there are two sets of phone jobs on gfk which is maybe where the confusion is,
the one that has lots, also had regular audit visits last year for a non phone product they made
