Quicky - can anyone remember off hand if you get an aknowledgement from gap after sending an email/enquiry via the form on the website - I sent one earlier but my browser crashed so am not sure if it sent, and for some reason am loathe to risk 'spamming' them with a resend!

    No you don't unfortunately.

Ahh well I now have no issue with resending it as many times as it takes to get a response :D

  • Mystery Shopping is always something I've liked the thought of to top up my income but I genuinely never realised there was so much involved.

Thanks so much to Weeg (and everyone else) for all of the information. So helpful, and a lot to consider!
  • I started doing MS'ing about a month ago and have had so many assignments since! Saved a bundle as most of the time we'll use the restaurant visits as our treat night and stuff. I've been using MF, not found one that I like as much as them yet, they're very good for getting in contact and update the job list several times a day!

I agree. I have also been msing for about a month and lthough am signed up to about 5 companies, I mainly use MF and am really happy with how they work and how you submit your report. Don't get much work at all from GR or RM but as far as I know this is pretty standard. Enjoy doing this very much although I think I took too much on last week with so many reports and fitting it in with work. Feels good though :)

I'm meant to be completing an online food order for delivery job with Gapbusters, but have tried unsuccessfully for the last 40 minutes to get the website to work. I tried to use a voucher code they sent me when I signed up, but which the website wouldn't accept and since then every time i get to the 'complete your order' page the website crashes!

I'm not sure what to do now as I can't do the assignment. I've put an enquiry into Gapbusters, but as they didn't reply to a previous queries i sent on this job I'm not hopeful they'll reply before the time is up (9pm tonight).

    Anyone had a similar experience?

    Thanks!

You are taking into account the tax you'll pay on all those low fee meals aren't you?

Aaaaargh, I forgot how time consuming the 1000 word answer was on the station visit questionnaire - a word counter would have been useful BEFORE I started

    I use Notepad2 http://www.flos-freeware.ch/notepad2.html

It has a character count as you go, just copy and paste into the form

I'm using a word document and good old copy/paste but I forgot with my first one and it took forever and I submitted it without copying any of it - doh! Looks like I've missed my midnight deadline as I still have 6 reports to do...the joys :D
